The lawsuit alleges that Michael Hersh of Michael’s Carpet refused to fix numerous problems with a hardwood flooring job that an elderly widow paid nearly $8,0000 for. Michael Hersh of Michael’s Carpet refused several requests to fix the flooring or refund the money paid— even after certified wood flooring inspector produced a report that said the flooring was not properly installed.
